Welcome to the Bojnec Ceramics website. The three featured contents are interlinked and thus simultaneously summarize more than one thing, primarily the pottery craft and our own workshop which has been producing classic pottery works for over half a century. In addition to pottery, we started developing ceramic production in the eighties and found numerous partners attracted to its range of products. At the beginning of the new millennia, Alojz Bojnec started realising his elaborate idea that has been on his mind for a while of a typical Pannonian village with an emphasis on the typical local thatched cimprača houses. Numerous cultural monuments were transferred to one site, where you can experience the atmosphere and characteristics of the Pannonian region and also visit various exhibitions on the local craft. The village of Filovci has always been renowned for its potters, which is why the pottery craft is the top priority of our open-air museum.
